If you prefer to provide your own cleaning products, they must be non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for use on all surfaces in your home. Safety is our top priority.
At H&C Cleaning Services, we understand the importance of consistency and building a trusting relationship between our customers and our cleaning technicians. For recurring service, our goal is to assign the same cleaner each time to maintain familiarity and ensure your preferences are met. If your current cleaner is sick or on holiday We will assign another professional H&C cleaning technician. All of our cleaners are well trained, highly rated .We conduct thorough in-person interviews and provide paid training for every employee to ensure they meet our high standards and deliver exceptional service. We do not skip or cancel appointments if your designated cleaner is off work.

At H&C Professional cleaning we offer a 24 hour guarantee on all cleanings. If you are not 100% satisfied with anything we do, simply contact our office within 24 hours of your cleaning to arrange a time for us to come back to your home and re-clean areas that were not cleaned to your expectations.

Of course! We are more than happy to accommodate specific cleaning requests. Just let us know what areas or tasks you would like us to focus on, and we’ll tailor our service to meet your needs.
The cleaning may take as little as one hour or as long as eight hours, depending on the size and condition of your home and the service that you requested. All of our cleaning technicians are professionals and are trained to be highly efficient. So don’t be surprised if we finish in less time than you expect. That’s what we do!
We offer cashless payment including credit/debit cards, and online payment methods. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Our business hours are from Monday to Friday. Please note that our offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays.
Yes, all our house cleaning staff members are experienced professionals who undergo comprehensive training. They are skilled in various cleaning techniques and use the latest equipment and products to deliver high-quality results.
H&C Professional Cleaning has invested time and money in the hiring, training and development of our employees. By using our services you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced by us. If you hire and knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of H&C Professional Cleaning, a $2,500 referral fee will be due immediately upon employment, regardless of employment terms.

Cleaning service information

In order to provide the highest quality cleaning and to make this as easy as possible for you, but a little help from you will go a long way toward getting the perfect clean. We ask that you provide a clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, and minimising items on the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. If you do not have time to declutter, please let us know and we will be happy to allow extra time and upgrade your service to allow for pickup and decluttering.
It’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to be present during the first cleaning session, while others entrust us with a spare key or code for entry. Rest assured that your home and privacy are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
The frequency of house cleaning depends on your specific needs and preferences. We offer flexible scheduling, ranging from one-time deep cleanings to regular weekly, fortnight , or monthly cleaning sessions.
We have fully trained our cleaning technicians, so we know they are working hard to leave your home sparkling clean. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with the cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll address your concerns promptly and arrange for a re-cleaning if necessary.
If you are not home when the cleaning technicians arrive and have not provided access information in advance, we will contact you and request a way to enter, such as a garage code or hidden key. If the cleaning technician cannot gain access or is turned away at the door, we will charge you a lockout fee up to 100% of the full cost of the cleaning to compensate our cleaning technicians for the lost time.
We will gladly work around most domestic pets, but please secure any pet that may be a threat to our cleaning technicians . If your pet is nervous around strangers, please have them in a secure location for our employee’s safety and their comfort while the cleaning process.
Yes, all our house cleaning staff members are fully insured and bonded to provide you with peace of mind and protection in the unlikely event of any accidents or damages.
Yes, all our house cleaning staff members are experienced professionals who undergo comprehensive training. We have a rigorous hiring and training process. They are skilled in various cleaning techniques and use the latest equipment and products to deliver high-quality results.
If you wish to reschedule service, your rescheduled date must be made within 2 business days Before of your originally scheduled service.If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge a 50% rate of service based on the rate of your scheduled service. Please note: Any reschedule request will apply only to the date available and will not affect your regular cleaning schedule. If you skip a Recurring Cleaning, you will be charged a different rate for weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly on the catch-up cleaning (Ex: A Fortnightly skip will be assessed the next cleaning at the monthly rate since the time between cleanings is 4 weeks rather than 2 weeks).
48-Business Hour Notice: If you need to skip, move, or cancel your cleaning appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48-business hour notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Late Cancel Charge: Should you provide less than a 48-business hour notification, a late cancel charge of 50% of your minimum quote amount will be applied to your credit card. Same-Day Cancellation: For cancellations made after 4:00 pm on the day prior to your scheduled cleaning or on the same day of the cleaning, the full price of the cleaning will be processed. Office Hours and Holidays: Please be aware that our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays. If you have any scheduling concerns, kindly contact us during our regular business hours.
Our cleaning technicians are thoroughly screened and vetted before hiring. While in your home, they are very careful to protect any fragile objects, and will not open drawers, cabinets, closets, or rooms with closed doors without permission. However, accidents can happen, so please see our Breakage Policy for more information. If you have delicate or irreplaceable items, please put them in a closed area or let us know which areas are off limits. And always secure any jewellery, cash.
