1Is it necessary for me to stay for a cleaning?
No, its not important! It’s completely your choice to stay around. You can go out and take benefit of your free time. You can handover key to us and we’ll get your house cleaned.
2Do you have a professional team?
Yes, we have a team of professionals, who will come with uniform and we’ll make sure to manage all committed services on the time of booking
3What type of services are available?
You can be entertained with Office Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, End of Lease Cleaning, Childcare Cleaning, Move in/out Cleaning on Monthly, Fortnight and weekly basis.
4How do I book for a cleaning service?
All you have to do is click on Get a Quote or click on Contact us Form, fill your relevant information/details and within some time you will receive a call/email from our representative. We’ll reply on the same business day confirming the appointment and arrival time. Also you can call 0405 337 024 for live help or you can also chat with us.
5What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy ?
At H&C Professional cleaning we offer a 24 hour guarantee on all cleanings. If you are not 100% satisfied with anything we do, simply contact our office within 24 hours of your cleaning to arrange a time for us to come back to your home and re-clean areas that were not cleaned to your expectations.
6Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring all our own supplies. Our customers are not required to provide anything for the cleaning. We come fully prepared for each job to make your home sparkle and shine. If you have special products you’d like us to use, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
7Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
We understand that everyone has busy lives, so we do not expect anyone to be present during the cleaning. All we need is a way to get in your home. We are comfortable cleaning it and locking it up for you when we finish. It is common for our customers to provide us with their garage code or provide a code for the door to enter the home. Our teams are very trustworthy and will be sure to lock up afterwards.
8How do I prepare for my home for cleaning ?
The only thing we ask in preparation for the cleaning is to remove clutter - free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc. so that we can work effectively to clean all surfaces. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. We do not clean display areas such as Lego's. If we will be changing your linens, we ask you to put out clean sheets on the end of the bed
9What about my pets?
We love friendly pets. If your pet is nervous around strangers, please have them in a secure location for our employee’s safety and their comfort. Please notify us if you have pets so we may note your work order.
10What is your non -solicitation policy?
H&C Professional Cleaning has invested time and money in the hiring, training and development of our employees. By using our services you agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced by us. If you hire and knowingly engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of H&C Professional Cleaning, a $2,500 referral fee will be due immediately upon employment, regardless of employment terms.

We work Saturday upon request and based on availability of our employees
