This form is required to reschedule a One-Time or Recurring Cleaning or to skip a Recurring Cleaning service.

Schedule Change Policy
All reschedule requests must be made using this form.
Any reschedule request will apply only to the date that you specify on this form and will not affect your regular cleaning schedule.
If you need to reschedule more than one cleaning, please submit a separate form for each date. If you need to change your entire Recurring Cleaning schedule, please contact our office.
Late Change and Cancellation Fee
We understand life happens, and there are times when changes occur. If you wish to reschedule service, your rescheduled date must be made within 2 business days Before of your originally scheduled service.
If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
Our cleaners are the foundation of our company. To maintain a reputable team, we must provide each cleaning tech with consistency in their daily schedules to prevent loss of wages.
Without adequate notice we do not have the opportunity to fill a cancelled time slot with another booking, and last-minute changes to our rosters are difficult to arrange.
Skipping a Recurring Cleaning
If you skip a Recurring Cleaning, you will be charged a different rate for weekly/ fortnight/ monthly on the catch-up cleaning.
